When trading of used printing machines, we must take care of the following steps:

1. Inspection of the offered used printing machines

Before buying a used printing machine we do a close inspection of the actual state of the used machine, if possible in production. We confirm its technical equipment and both the technical and visual condition of the machine.  Mandatory is the review of the impression cylinders for roundness or damages or repairs. We use our special equipment or perform solidprints or kissprints. Our company bounds for maximum transparency to mutual benefit. The condition will appropriately documented.

2. Repair of used printing machines

If necessary, required or desired by the costumer, we can perform repairs in agreement on the used printing machine and replace both mechanicals parts and electronic components. Of course we also have professionals available to repair any damaged cylinder. Join our priority for highest quality instead of lowest price.

As an example, repair of a previously not expertly executed cylinder repair on a KBA offset printing machine for a costumer in China.

3. Dismantling and loading a used printing machine

We can dismantle and load all printing machines sold from us professionally with due diligence.

After preservation with appropriate chemicals, the machine will be mounted on machines floors or wooden frames, wrapped in foil and securely stowed in containers or on flat racks. Small parts are packed in suitable built wooden crates or on pallets.

After loading done, it is also our concern that their premises are left in good condition, when the printing machines have moved.

Of course the container will be examined before loading for damages. This will avoid the ingress of water to prevent any corrosion on the machine. A parts list with pictures of the loaded parts of the printing machine will be created, the numbers of containers and vehicles will be recorded and upon completion of the loading all of this steps will be documented naturally fully transparent.

Based on this data, the necessary shipping documents will be created.

For land transportation or machine moves or relocations the approach is accordingly.

4. Installation and reassembly of used printing machines

Of Course, we can install all used printing machines purchased from us at the costumers premises worldwide.

Optionally the installation can be done with technicians from Germany or in some cases through our network we have also  personnel on site, which can take over the installation. Here various options are possible.
